Kashi, Lincoln's first Japanese restaurant is now open! The name Kashi was chosen because it means riverside in Japanese, reflecting it's gorgeous location next to the river in the heart of Lincoln .
The interior has been completely refurbished, with subtle light woods & natural materials inherentof traditional Japanese design. The main dining area is dominated by a traditional open plan kitchen where seafood, vegetables, meat & poultry are all prepared in full view of diners. |
